“We looked at many schools before we found MCA.  When I went on the tour with my then 4 year old son, the first thing that Jill made sure we understood was the spiritual components of what they believe at MCA.  I appreciated the value placed on spiritual growth.  I was also very impressed with the teachers and the quality of education.  This year my son is in the Transitional Kindergarten class, which I feel was one of the best decisions we ever made for him.  He LOVES Ms. Kelli and Ms. Amy!  He has learned so much this year.  He is reading and has a very strong grasp of phonics, even many blends that I would never have thought he would be learning before Kindergarten.  His teachers have a genuine love for each of their students and the children love being together.  Being a teacher myself, I had very high expectations and MCA has more than fulfilled those for our son.  I am so blessed that we found MCA.”

"I chose MCA for my son's pre-school education because it was the right fit for us.  The school is small enough where you can get to know the staff on a first name basis and where you can be confident your child is receiving the individual attention they need.  But, it is large enough to be part of a caring community of parents and trained educators working together toward a common goal - giving our children the best Christian-based education possible in the Canton area.

"Messiah Christian Academy is one of the most amazing places I have ever been.  From the moment you walk in the door and are greeted by Ms. Donna and her hugs, you know your child is in the right place.  When you enter the classrooms, the teachers are excited to show you what the students are doing.  You can tell the teachers love their jobs and are happy to work with children.  The students learn through games and lessons that are so much fun they don't even realize they are learning. You cannot get a better education in Cherokee County!"

"MCA is Canton's finest hidden gem. They have a full staff of wonderful (degreed) teachers who absolutely love what they do. Therefore, academics are awesome and the children hardly know they're learning because they are having so much fun.  It's our home away from home and I wouldn't hesitate to refer another family to enjoy it as much as we do."

"Messiah Christian Academy has been exactly what we had hoped for in a pre-school experience for our child. This is his second year at MCA and we are keeping him there for the half day Kindergarten program next year, not to mention enrolling our youngest in the three year old program. The staff and teachers always seem happy to be a part of your child's day and all that it entails . The Christian based exposure in the curriculum makes it all the more special of an experience for the children and their families. We have happily watched our child grow in a loving and learning christian environment and it warms our hearts to have made the best choice we could."

"My child has been at Messiah Christian Academy for almost two full school years. I have seen him grow not only academically, but socially and spiritually.  The first person I met when I enrolled my child nearly two years ago was Jill Goodwin, the Director.  She gave me a full tour, answered questions and really listened to what my needs were. From the developmentally and sensory designed curriculum, to the warm and welcoming staff and classrooms, I knew I had found the school for us. A child’s preschool and early elementary years set the precedence for the rest of their school career and the nurturing, structured environment of Messiah Christian Academy has far exceeded my expectations. They have given my child such a well-rounded sense of family and community with the many fun events planned throughout the year. Jill and her staff have a wonderful, modern vision for how they want their school to grow, while still depicting the old schoolhouse environment we so crave for our children. They have broken the mold and raised the standards of the traditional cookie-cutter private school. Our community is blessed to have such a wonderful, growing school accessible to our children."
